Workshop: Social technology for biodiversity
University of Maryland's (world-famous)
HCIL is hosting it's
25th Annual Symposium and Open House May 29-30. The second day will be full of workshops and I'll be presenting at the one on social computing technologies for biodiversity. Specifically, I'll be presenting on science blogging and I'll be learning from the participants, too.
This promises to be a very exciting event and I would encourage anyone who is anywhere near the area and who has a research interest to consider attending.
The other workshops look pretty incredible, too, as do the symposium events.
